Features

  • DigiRock MR2/MS2 analoguegauge resolution is 0.5HR,
    it is useful to improve the reading accura cy tha trnaditional 1HR resolution;
  • DigiRock MR2/MS2 dwell time from 1to 60s can be setup by the “time key” on the panel ,
    it is much convenient than the setup on the manual hardness tester;
  • DigiRock MR2/MS2 force knob adopts the metal material to replace the plastic,
    it largely improves the instrument using-life;
  • DigiRock MR2/MS2 loading, dwell and unloading is buffering by electronic motor automatically,
    doesnt need the operator to handle it , it eliminates the human operation error maximally;
  • DigiRock MR2/MS2 intenter protector is available to improve the using lifetime of indenter.

 

Applications

  • Rockwell B Scale HRB: Copper alloys, soft steels, aluminum alloys, malleable iron, etc.
  • Rockwell C Scale HRC: Steel, hard cast irons, pearlitic malleable iron, titanium, deep case hardened steel, and other materials harder than B100.
  • Rockwell A Scale HRA: Cemented carbides, thin steel, and shallow case- hardened steel.
